Bayelsan Promoter, Ishmael Igoniwari has taken to social media to blast Bayelsans prior to not adding to an artist’s growth.
In a recent post made by the promoter, he revealed that Bayelsans don’t stream songs and that they are just bunch of foolish people who come to an Artist’s comment section with fire emoji.
They don’t add to an artist’s growth or advancement, he added.
In His Words;
Bayelsans don’t stream songs!
It’s just a bunch of f.oolish people who crowd in your comment section with fire emojis and love reactions but never contribute to the main activity of growing your art.
Most of them don’t even use any streaming platforms, and have no knowledge about how they work. Even when you put your songs in downloadable sites, they’ll rather use Xender.
Yet, these are the people that complain about lack of support from the government when they themselves don’t express love, unity and progress. Until our level of support is convincing enough, either the government or outsiders will not respect our arts.
In a state where majority of the online users are available strictly on freemode how will the minority of those aiming for excellence achieve tangible goals.
It is however funny, how a certain set of these people will carry the likes of Wizkid, Davido and Burna Boy on their heads and sideline sincere friends who are struggling to push their crafts.
