Miesinnei Mercy Genesis is a Bayelsa born Nigerian freestyle wrestler. She won the gold medal in the women’s 50 kg event at the 2022 Commonwealth Games held in Birmingham, England. At the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, she competed in the Women’s freestyle -48 kg.
Genesis won a gold medal in the 50kg class at the senior African Champions in the African Wrestling Championship 2023 In Tunisia.
